Shipping – All merchandise is shipped FOB point of origin, Blacklick, Ohio. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise or refused shipments. No Drop shipments. Backorders under $50 are automatically canceled unless requested to remain on order.
Returned Goods – All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 14 days of receipt of product.
